What if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups we track your flight using the flight number you provide at booking. The driver adjusts the pickup time automatically based on actual landing time, with a 45-minute buffer for baggage and immigration.
Do you pick up from airport arrivals?
Yes. Your driver will wait at the arrivals pickup point with a name board. You'll receive the driver's name, car registration and contact number by email before pickup.
Can I bring my own child seat?
Yes. We don't supply child seats ourselves but you're welcome to bring your own and the driver will help fit it. Let us know in the booking form so the driver allows extra time.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a charge — contact us and we'll do our best to help.
